These terms govern your use of this store and any order you place through it. By using the store you agree to them.

The store

We do our best to keep product descriptions, images, and prices accurate and current. Errors happen. We reserve the right to correct an error, and to refuse or cancel any order placed at an incorrect price — if we cancel an order you have already paid for, you get a full refund.

Products

GumRevive is a consumer oral-care product. It is not a medicine, and it is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Nothing on this store is medical or dental advice, and no product sold here is a substitute for professional dental care. Statements printed on the product packaging are the manufacturer's.

Use the product only as directed on its packaging. If you have an ongoing oral-health problem, consult a licensed dentist.

Orders and payment

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline it. Depending on your country, prices are shown and charged in your local currency or in US dollars; the currency is shown at checkout before you pay. Prices exclude any import duties or taxes charged by your country on delivery. Payment is taken at checkout through Shopify's payment providers.

Shipping and returns

Delivery is governed by our Shipping & Delivery policy, and returns by our Returns & Refunds policy. Both form part of these terms.

Acceptable use

Do not use this store to break any law, infringe anyone's rights, transmit malicious code, scrape or interfere with the site, or impersonate someone else. We may terminate access for any of the above.

Intellectual property

The ORAVIE name, the content of this store, and its design belong to us or our licensors. You may not reproduce them commercially without written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, ORAVIE is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the store or the products. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published here when you place your order.
