Shipping cost

Free shipping to 68 countries, on every order. There is no minimum, no threshold and no surcharge.

Delivery estimate

Estimated delivery is 8–15 business days after dispatch. Orders are picked and packed on business days; an order placed on a weekend or public holiday is processed on the next business day. The estimate starts from the day the parcel is dispatched, not the day you place the order.

Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees.

ORAVIE ships to 68 countries:

North America: United States, Canada.

Europe and the United Kingdom: United Kingdom, Ireland, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Netherlands, Belgium, Austria, Finland, Greece, Luxembourg, Slovakia, Slovenia, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Cyprus, Malta, Switzerland, Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Poland, Czechia, Hungary, Romania, Bulgaria, Iceland, Serbia, Türkiye, Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Asia and the Middle East: Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Hong Kong SAR, Taiwan, Malaysia, Thailand, Philippines, Indonesia, Vietnam, India, United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman, Israel.

Australia and New Zealand: Australia, New Zealand.

Latin America: Mexico, Brazil, Argentina, Chile, Colombia, Peru, Uruguay, Costa Rica, Panama, Ecuador, Dominican Republic, Guatemala.

Checkout only accepts delivery addresses in these countries, so you will know before you pay. If your country is not on this list we cannot ship to you yet.

Prices and currency

Depending on your country, prices are shown and charged in your local currency or in US dollars. The currency you will be charged in is shown at checkout before you pay. If you are charged in a currency other than your card's, your bank or card issuer converts the amount at its own rate and may add a foreign-transaction fee. That fee is set by your bank, not by ORAVIE.

Customs, duties and import taxes

Free shipping covers the cost of getting the parcel to you. It does not cover import charges. Orders shipped outside the United States may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or handling fees charged by the destination country. These are set and collected by your local authorities, they are not collected by ORAVIE at checkout, and we cannot predict or refund them. If you are ordering from outside the United States, please check your country's import rules before you buy.

Order updates

You get an email as soon as your order is dispatched. Where the carrier issues a tracking number for your parcel, it is included in that email. Tracking can take a day or two to show its first scan — that gap is normal and does not mean the parcel is lost.

If something goes wrong

If your parcel has not arrived well beyond the estimate above, contact us with your order number through the contact page or by Instagram direct message to @oravie_co, and we will chase the carrier. Damaged or incorrect orders are replaced or refunded — see Returns & Refunds.
